CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) "An Act relating to the                          
practice of architecture, engineering, and land surveying" which had           
been held on reconsideration (page 1826), was before the Senate.               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
placed at the bottom of today's calendar.  Without objection, it was           
so ordered.
